Feeling a bit overwhelmed recently? Too much on your mind? Come and join us for "Yoga Your Stress Away".
Our daily activities and responsibilities affect our health and it is of equal importance to appease both our body and mind.
This 'me time' workshop is designed for the executives (always busy, busy bees...) by Irina, certified yoga teacher, and Manuel, certified life coach. It is a blend of conversation and yoga exercises to identify stress, learn how to transform physical heaviness into lightness and overcome emotional turmoil to find inner peace.
During this holistic workshop in lush greeneries, the focus will be on:
- your body, to release tensions and aches
- your heart, to let go of the weights or the pain
- your mind, to calm and quiet the burdening thoughts
