How does ADHD affect the relationships we have with the people around us? Are there ways to improve the relationships we have? In this edition of Unlocking ADHD's Youth Discord chat, we discuss all things related to ADHD and relationships.

We will have a panel discussion where four youths with ADHD will be sharing their experiences with dating, as well as how to better navigate their personal relationships with family and friends.

Then, we will have smaller group sharings, where participants can discuss their own experiences with ADHD and relationships or listen in.

This event will also be held virtually on Unlocking ADHD’s Discord server. Be sure to create a Discord account to take part in this interactive event!
