Know before you start

  • If you’re collecting from the 'Buyer only' in your order form, you'll only be able to edit the buyer’s information. If you collected from 'Each attendee', you can edit attendee information individually.

  • You can change who you want to collect information from, but that change won't apply to orders that have already been received.

  • You can’t add attendees to an existing order.

  • Some orders might display “Info requested” instead of an attendee’s name and email address. This means the ticket buyer did not provide that attendee’s information at checkout. Eventbrite sends reminder emails to ticket buyers to collect this information prior to your event, but you can also email the ticket buyer to request this information yourself.

1. Go to your Event Dashboard.

Log in  to your Eventbrite account. Then select your event.

2. Go to "Manage Orders" (under Manage Attendees).

3. Find and manage individual orders.

Search for an order by entering the order number, attendee name, or email address. Then click ‘Actions’ at the top of the order to:

If you want to make changes to a specific attendee, select the ‘Actions’ menu next to that attendee’s ticket instead. You can only edit individual attendees if your order form is collecting information from ‘Each attendee’.

4. Optional: Filter your orders.

Customize the following:

  • Date Range: View financial information for the week, month, year, or set a custom date range.

  • Order Type: Filter orders by status.

  • Sort: View orders by date, email address or amount.

  • # Per Page: View a certain number of orders per page in your report

5. Optional: Export your orders.

Select the ‘File type’ drop-down menu under Export. You can export your report as a:

  • CSV or .csv (recommended for reports with more than 1 million records)

  • Excel or .xls file

  • Text or .txt file

Once you select the file type, the export will download automatically.
