Eventbrite Accessibility Statement

Experiences are everything. At Eventbrite, we are committed to accessibility, diversity, and inclusion. As part of that commitment, we are making efforts to ensure that Eventbrite’s digital properties are accessible to everyone, regardless of ability, and compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and other applicable regulations.

To accomplish our objectives, we continue to design, develop and test our digital properties for conformance with applicable accessibility standards, including the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level A and AA. This includes enhancing Eventbrite’s design site templates with an emphasis on color contrast, logical heading order and configurable repeated elements, coding website templates so that pages are usable by a variety of input and output devices, and working to provide text equivalents for non-textual elements.

We have also partnered with Level Access to leverage their digital accessibility platform and 25 years of experience to achieve and sustain conformance with applicable accessibility standards. Level Access evaluates our digital products on an ongoing basis and is supported by a diverse team of accessibility professionals, including users of assistive technologies. The platform also makes an assistive CX technology application available to customers who have trouble typing, gesturing, moving a mouse or reading. The application is free to download, and it incorporates tools such as mouse and keyboard replacements, voice recognition, speech enablement, hands-free/touch-free navigation and more.
