Axon Consultancy Sdn Bhd was established in 2018. Our main objectives of establishing this organisation is to connect individual interest to the occupation which the individual will be engaged in so it improves output productivity and quality. From individual wealth prespective, we also aimed to help individuals to find occupations that bring them satisfaction, belonging and happiness.

We have invested in developing the software application called the "Advanced Self-Directed Search" (ASDS) which uses world proven theory in helping one to search for suitable occupation. One can always experience the application from our https://asds.app , it is a free application that we are giving out to everyone in alignment to our aim.

Axon Consultancy has also been involved in many other trainings that are aimed to develop individual for the same aims. Some trainings are designed at community development and some are for certifications.
