My name is bryanna ive been practicing yoga for about 3 years now and recently became certified to teach yoga , I am from fort lauuderdale, Florida. I love creating a space for people to release toxic energy , release stress, trauma and be themselves. I will be hosting virtual and In-person yoga classes that are upbeat, fun, invigorating and allow you to sweat. During these classes we will tap into ourselves and balance out our chakras and our minds to become one. not only will you clear your mental space , but you will boost your physical confidence and awarness.
