Derrick is a speaker, trainer and owner of Hyde & Co., an English inspired local cafe located at North Bridge Road.

Into its 3rd year, Derrick has built Hyde & Co. to win numerous accolades including "” by Burpple, "” by Lady Iron Chef and "” by The Culture Trip Asia.

On the social media front, Hyde & Co. has been featured by all the top food influencers in Singapore including Lady Iron Chef, Daniel Food Diary, Miss Tam Chiak and Seth Lui.

Apart from Hyde & Co., Derrick is also the Artistic Director of Sight Lines Productions, a multi-disciplinary creative production company and Hyde Consultancy, a boutique Business & Marketing consultancy firm. 

Derrick has been featured on all media channels across television, radio, magazines and newspapers including The Straits Times, The Business Times, and TODAY and has been invited to speak on various panels including The Straits Times, NTUC e2i and SME Centre; to name a few.
