Lean In is a global community dedicated to helping women achieve their ambitions and creating an equal world. We advocate for better public policies and a more equitable workplace, because to make lasting change, we need institutional change. We run programs to combat bias, because changing the trajectory of women and girls means changing how we think about gender. Lean In Circles are small groups of women who come together for real talk and peer support. There are now more than 44,000 Lean In Circles in over 170 countries, and new Circles are starting every day. Right now, Circles are meeting virtually and helping each other through the pandemic. We’re a global community and we’re leaning on each other more than ever.
