Priscilla Tay

The Pilates leader focuses on classes to help you build your foundation, knowledge and postures. Her love for Barre started paving her Pilates journey, where she found synergies of Barre, Pilates (both mat and reformer) and yoga complementing one another. Priscilla teaches private 1 on 1, duet & trio sessions where she infuses these modalities, and reformer classes in which she hopes to educate clients on how to build strength and mobility, and to move more efficiently. She is certified Barre, Yoga, Pilates Mat, Pre/Post Natal by BarreBody and STOTT PILATES® Trained Instructor Mat & Reformer.

Pris is here to support & help you to uncover what's holding you back so you can be your best. She will be doing 1:1 coaching consultations. Together you will create a personalised plan with her to get you on track to feeling more balanced & motivated. Pris understands how busy life gets & how easy it is to get thrown off centre. Sometimes we just need a little bit of support & encouragement to get started. She believes optimal wellbeing is directly related to happiness & you deserve to shine.
