This is a spirited and practical children’s yoga training program – providing teachings in conscious parenting and communication with children and sharing the benefits of yoga for children and families. The course is based on the kundalini yoga teachings by Yogi Bhajan.

Owner and instructor Juliana both adult and children yoga instructof has been hosting international accredited Children and Family Yoga teacher training for the past decade here in Singapore.Overseas trainers and faciliator had held their course and teacher training yearly and regularly at their Yoga Studio.

 

Sharing the art and disciple of yoga and hosting training program to yoga teachers, therapists, parents and those who want to share yoga to children. It has co-organised and provide the space to thousands of chiidren yoga teachers of all ages, backgrounds and nationalities for the past decade.
