Trainer Abdullah

“I’m a passionate, dedicated and a certified Fitness Trainer. I was also a Sport Model Athlete/Competitor(Singapore Classic Invitational 2015 2nd and 3rd runner-up)

I’ve been called many names like “Perfectionist” and “Realist” only because I GET THINGS DONE and get it DONE THE RIGHT WAY.

As a trainer, I’m constantly dedicated in sharing my knowledge and personal experiences to help others through training guidance and mentorship. Oh yes! I also make videos in sharing general knowledge about fitness, motivational and inspirational videos.

My work is intended to assist people to empower themselves to live more meaningful lives. I use fitness as a platform to reach out to many others out there who wants a change in their lives and to rise up. I don’t just conduct personal training services but I help my clients to be more motivated and help them build self-confidence and lift their self esteem with personal empowerment themes.

I run a very busy one-on-one client practice where I’m fortunate enough to work with people everyday to meet their goals, help them overcome their issues including resolving self-sabotage behaviours, I want them to step into their true power. At times I even do this for FREE or I’ll just charge them at a reasonable amount because the aim is to help them BE the BEST VERSION OF THEMSELVES.

And if the formal credential side of things is important to you, I hold certification as a Certified Fitness/Personal Trainer with NITEC in FITNESS TRAINING (Theory and Practice of Coaching, Basic Anatomy and Physiology, Exercise Science, Fitness & Leisure Club Operations, Fitness Programme Design, Health & Fitness Appraisal, Health & Safety, Sports & Exercise Nutrition, Event Organisation and Sports Rehabilitation) at ITE College West (under School of Business & Services) for 2 years. (YUP! ITE. Institute of Technical Education AREN’T just about Engineering for your info. They help create innovative leaders too!)

I’m also a certified medic with a valid CPR & AED certification and been in the medical line for almost 6 years now. So don’t worry, I’m always cautious and always taking precautions to reduce risk of injuries.

Most importantly, since I have a caring heart, I aim to help others in any way possible as I have had my fair share of ordeals, and I also have a warped sense of humour.

I also have a thing for proving people wrong.
