...He  He is currently leading his team Aman Amanah Advisory Group with FAiWA (Financial Alliance Islamic Wealth Advisory) 

He has been in the financial industry & also running businesses for more than 14 years, since the age of 21, where in 2 main roles he has changed & improved many lives in the areas of wealth, career & relationships.

In the role as Manager & Associate Director to his team of Financial Consultants, he has won many accolades such as Quality Club Elite, Star Club, Centurion Awards & awards including “Fastest Growing & Most Consistent Consultant”, “Fastest Recruitment Record”, “Top 10 percentile industry sales for 5 years continuously till present” to achieve success in the highly competitive financial markets in Singapore.

In a more recent role; since 2009, he is focusing on developing and conducting training courses and programs, on personal & team development. This is brought to the public by a company he founded called: Building Passion Academy. His courses have been conducted in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Germany and Switzerland.

In these past years, he has trained the employees, members or customers of at least 10 companies such as Flare Events & Flare Wellness, ACE, 4Life, Prudential, Etiqa, Propnex, ERA, Perodua, Amanah Concierge Services (ACS), Unicity and Uptrend.

In both his roles, He has worked with over 3000 individuals & some are in Teams/Groups/Focus Groups, some of which have achieved astounding achievements.
