林育群教練 (Richard Lim, PCC)

林育群是位領導力顧問、領袖教練、培訓師、和講員。

他專長於幫助領導者成為他們自己團隊的最好領袖，並透過幫助領導者發揮他們的最大潛能、有效地領導，來建立高效能的團隊。他享受能夠（並有多次經驗）幫助領導者把平庸、缺乏動力、表現欠佳的團隊（甚至表現不差的團隊）轉變為高效率、高效能的團隊。

在過去這 20 年裡，他與來自世界各地的領導者協作，幫助他們提升領導技能、策略規劃與執行、時間與優先管理、團隊績效與運作效能、領袖與員工培育、機構與組織文化、等各領域。他也常透過培訓來幫助領導者把教練技巧融合入他們的領導角色。

他深信每個人或團隊都有一個獨特及整全的呼召，並致力於陪伴和激勵個人或團隊發掘他們的潛能，協助他們充分地活出他們的呼召。他曾在一個規模龐大的國際非營利機構任職將近三十年，擔任了國家、區域、及國際層面的多個領導角色。他把大部分時間委身於幫助個人與團隊能更有效地運作及完成使命。

林教練是位專業認證教練，具有超過 15 年教練個人與團隊的經驗。他精通英文與中文，並且能用這兩種語言進行教練及培訓。

Richard is a Leadership Adviser, Executive Coach, Trainer, and Speaker. He specialises in helping leaders be the best leader for their team, by helping them maximize their own potential, lead effectively, and build high-impact teams. He enjoys (and had numerous experience in) helping leaders transform their mediocre, unmotivated, underperforming teams (even teams that are doing fine) into high-performance and high-impact teams.

During the past 20 years, he has worked with leaders from various parts of the world, helping them in the area of Leadership Skills, Strategic Planning and Execution, Priority and Time Management, Team Performance and Effectiveness, Leadership and Staff Development, and Organisational Culture, among others. He also conducts training that helps leaders integrate coaching skills into their leadership roles. 

Richard believes that every person has a unique calling, and enjoys coming alongside individuals to draw out their innate potential so that they can fully live out that calling. He previously worked in a large global not-for-profit organisation for almost 30 years, in various leadership roles at country, regional, and international levels.
