Please see below for your reference: REFUND > Please provide the printed or digital version of your registration confirmation to collect your identification badge on the venue > Please send email of your confirmation number with subject: Refund Request to info@landscapes.org in order to start the refund process. > Full Refund could only be entertained minimum 14 days prior to the event date. > If refund request received less than 14 days prior to the event date, only 50% of the amount could be refunded, and the process could only be done 7 working days after the event completed. > Refund Request could not be entertained if the request of refund received less than 48hours before the started of the event.
