AVPN 2016 Annual Conference Members’ Day Dinner

You are cordially invited to AVPN's 4th Annual Members’ Day Dinner.
We want to take this opportunity to show our appreciation for our members by inviting you all to engage in stimulating dialogues regarding social issues at your respective tables.
This year, the Members’ Day Dinner will be held at the Hong Kong Jockey Club in the form of a buffet dinner. We encourage members to mingle and socialize with other members that are not seated at your table.
Ticket purchase: There will be a total of 19 tables with 12 guests per table. When purchasing tickets, attendees will select a topic of choice from a dropdown menu and will be seated accordingly. Each table/topic is limited to 12 seats each on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that each member organisation is limited to two tickets, excluding the table host if you are a member organisation hosting a table.

Transportation will be arranged to take you from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University campus upon Day 1 wrap-up to the dinner venue.
Registration will begin promptly at 6pm. Please approach the registration table for your assigned table.
For those that are arriving via personal transportation, there will be a carpark within walking distance from the dinner venue. See FAQ below for more information.
