After his graduation from a local university, Terence worked as an Engineer for a Multi-National Engineering Firm but he realized that he just wasn’t content to be part of the rat race. As a result, after just 1½ years with the company, he decided to strike it out on his own.

He joined a local Network Marketing company in Singapore and in a very short span of time, rose to become one of the company’s Top Ranking leaders. Under his leadership, his team achieved sales in excess of USD 12 million in just a short span of 2½ years. He also became one of the company’s Top Speakers and Trainers. With his passion for speaking and touching lives, Terence was a featured speaker in the company’s flagship seminars that has changed the lives of more than 10,000 people from all over the world.

Terence has also spoken on International Speaking Platforms all over the world. His passion for enriching and changing lives has led him to speak at seminars in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, UK, USA, Australia, India, Mexico, Africa and many more countries.

Terence also previously headed an International E-learning company with a global presence in more than 58 countries. He was responsible for the company’s global business development. Under his leadership, the company branched into many new markets including the UK, Australia, USA, Mexico and Africa. He was also invited to be a partner in an Australian company that promotes Financial Education and Empowerment worldwide and currently sits on their board as the Director for Internet Marketing.
