As someone who is hypermobile, I know what it feels like to move easily but not always safely. My body has been both flexible and fragile. That duality shaped the way I teach. I am deeply focused on building intelligent strength, restoring stability, and undoing the quiet compensations that sneak in after injuries. I believe strength is medicine when applied with precision. My sessions are rooted in alignment, control, breath, and the kind of mindful resistance that rebuilds from the inside out.My mission is simple. Move with intention. Build strength that protects. Heal what has been overworked. And create bodies that feel powerful, supported, and at home in themselves.
