Self Space provide flexible, forward thinking therapy which focuses on supporting people to maintain good mental health and ultimately reach their potential. Their vision is to revolutionise the culture around accessing mental health support, making it more commonplace and aspirational. They want striving for mental wellness to feel like something people are proud of.
