Overview
1-Day Workshop with Ajahn Brahmali (FOR BF MEMBERS ONLY)
Topic: Meditate Like the Earth - based on Maharahulovada Sutta
Date: Saturday, 27 Dec 2025
Time: 9am - 5pm SGT
Venue: BF Lavender, 310 Lavender St (S338815)
Join this one-day workshop, conducted by Ajahn Brahmali, to discover the Buddha's profound teaching to his son Rāhula and to explore practical meditation instructions from the Mahārāhulovāda Sutta.
In the Sutta, the Buddha corrects Rāhula for his conceit, giving him the memorable simile of being equanimous like the earth. This sutta brings together various core meditation subjects in one place, including body contemplation, the divine abidings, and mindfulness of breathing.
Whether you're new to the teachings or deepening your spiritual path, this workshop offers a warm and grounded space to reconnect with the essential Dhamma.
