This 10-session Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) course offers private 1:1 therapy with a therapist in a calm, natural space at Wooden House Bangkok. You will gain the tools to manage anxiety, reframe negative thinking, and restore mental clarity — all at your own pace.

Rather than joining a group, this course is fully tailored to your personal needs. It’s ideal for working professionals, digital nomads, or anyone ready to begin deep emotional healing.

What You’ll Learn:

  • How to identify and shift anxious thought patterns
  • How to manage work stress, overthinking, and insomnia
  • How to feel more grounded and emotionally steady

Each session is 90 minutes and structured to help you make real, sustainable progress.

  • Full course payment is required in advance via Eventbrite
  • No drop-in sessions or refunds once the first session has begun
  • Changes to the schedule must be requested 48 hours in advance
