This private, therapist-led 10-session Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) course is designed to help you manage anxiety, reframe negative thought patterns, and regain a sense of clarity and calm. Held in a peaceful setting at Wooden House Bangkok, each session is tailored to your pace, personality, and current challenges.

Unlike group programs, this course is fully focused on you. Whether you’re dealing with work stress, overthinking, or emotional fatigue, you’ll gain tools to take back control of your thoughts and emotional responses—step by step.
