What is a personalized sound journey?

Each session is a private 1:1 sound healing experience customized to your current needs—physical, emotional, or energetic. You’ll begin with a short consultation to share how you’re feeling, then receive a tailored sound experience using Tibetan bowls, gongs, etc.

What’s the difference between each type of session?

The Personalized Sound Bath uses harmonic instruments to guide you into stillness. The Personalized Floating Sound Bath combines sound with floating therapy for emotional release and deep calm. The Personalized Immersive Gong Bath layers powerful gong tones to reset the mind and nervous system.

Can I choose which instruments will be used?

You’re welcome to share preferences during the consultation, and we will select the most suitable instruments based on your intention and energy. If you have sound sensitivities or specific needs, please let us know in advance.

Is this like a meditation or a massage?

It’s more like guided rest than either. You lie down fully clothed and relax while sound vibrations gently move through your body and energy field. There’s no talking once the sound journey begins—just deep listening and presence.
