Swim for Inclusion, Unite as One!

Join the SG60 SwimTogether Singapore Campaign and be part of a national movement that brings people of all abilities together through swimming!

Swim Period: 24 May – 31 August 2025

• In-person swims: Open to individuals and groups at designated ActiveSG swimming pools

This form is only for individuals and groups signing up for in-person swims at designated ActiveSG Swimming Pools.

By taking part, you'll help promote inclusivity and raise awareness of para swimming, building excitement for the historic Singapore 2025 World Para Swimming Championships.

Come participate, make a splash, or rally at least three family members or friends to swim together!

Together, as one Singapore, let’s swim 100,000 laps and celebrate the abilities of all!

Note: The minimum age requirement for participation is 5 years old. Participants under 14 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian (coach, teacher or caregiver).

The Centralised Activations will take place at designated ActiveSG Swimming Pools on different dates:

• Delta Swimming Complex (24 May and 25 May, 9am to 5pm)
• Sengkang Swimming Complex (28 June and 29 June, 9am to 5pm)
• Jurong West Swimming Complex (16 Aug and 17 Aug, 9am to 5pm) Updated Dates
• Heartbeat@Bedok Swimming Complex (30 August and 31 August, 9am to 5pm)

Categories (Select one that applies most):

• Individual
• Individual (Person with Disabilities) *Intellectual disability, Autism, and Sensory
• Individual (Person with Disabilities) *Physical disability
• Individual (Senior) *Aged 60+
• Team *Min 4 pax to form a team
• Team (Mixed Abilities) *Min 4 pax to form a team *At least 1 pax must be Persons with Disabilities
• Team (Mixed Ages) *Min 4 pax to form a team *At least 1 pax must be aged 60+ or below 21 years old

All participants are entitled to:

• 1 x T-shirt (unisex sizes, subjected to availability)
• 1 x Finisher medal
