About this event

Welcome to the Qixi Fest 2025 Cheongsam Fashion Show! Join us at the Ground Theatre, *SCAPE on August 19, 2025 at 7:30 PM (Singapore Time) for a dazzling display of Cheongsams reimagined.

As Singapore celebrates her 60th year of independence, Qixi Fest 2025 adopts the theme “Weaving Dreams” — honouring the shared aspirations, intergenerational bonds, and collective imagination that continue to shape our diverse society.

In partnership with the Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts (NAFA), Qixi Fest has commissioned student designers to create a special collection of Cheongsams that reimagine the cultures and heritage of the Hokkien, Teochew, Hakka, Cantonese, Shanghainese, Hainanese, and Peranakan communities.

Doors open from 7pm. Free admission with ticket.

Dress code: Smart casual (ethnic / cheongsam preferred)
