<h3>💡关于课程</h3>悲伤有时就像一股无形的重量——沉重得难以承受，复杂得难以言说。这场充满温度的工作坊将带领你走进一个安全而富有同理心的空间，一起探索：当全世界都期待我们“走出来”时，为何哀悼会变得如此艰难？透过温和的引导、贴近人心的故事与有意义的互动，你将学习如何去尊重自己和别人的伤痛、减轻批判，并在悲伤中找到片刻的平静。本工作坊旨在带来希望、疗愈，以及允许你真实地感受一切情绪。 <h3>🟢 谁适合参加讲座？</h3>普通大众 <h3>✨ 关于讲者</h3>郑欣珏 （Ivee Tee） “勇敢不是不害怕，而是尽管害怕，仍有力量继续前进” – Paulo Coelho 欣珏于2013年加入雅西西慈怀病院的工作团队，目前担任首席医疗社工兼辅导员一职。同时，她也是新加坡辅导协会(SAC) 的注册临床辅导员以及新加坡社会工作者协会（SASW）的注册社会工作者。欣珏曾在2019年获得“仁心奖”， 所付出的受到肯定。2020 年，她积极投入雅西西慈怀病院悲伤与丧亲关怀服务的创立工作，并领导该服务单位至今。作为一个人，欣珏深受在悲痛中但依然蓬勃成长、活出精彩的人们所启发。作为一名拥有近二十年经验的临床工作者，她见证辅导与疗愈工作如何启发在面对挑战中的人们创造改变。这个信念使她对自己的工作始终充满热情。她享受自己的工作，并从她所协助过的人们的生命历练中获得了丰富的滋养。 吴敏慧 （Goh Min Hui）敏慧是雅西西慈怀病院的高级悲伤与丧亲辅导员，拥有27年的临床经验，是一位家庭治疗师。她的经验涉及医疗与社区领域，为受心理健康困扰的个人与家庭提供婚姻与家庭治疗。她曾带领多个互助小组，包括为患有精神疾病家长的子女、悲伤与丧亲者，以及失智症与抑郁症患者的看护者而设的支持小组。敏慧也积极推动社区的悲伤素养，曾在媒体上发表专业见解，并于本地及国际会议上就自杀哀伤、悲伤与丧亲主题进行分享。她相信，通过合作与关怀可建立富有同理心的社区，让临终者与家属在疾病、死亡与丧亲的旅程中获得有力支持。
