<h3>💡关于课程</h3>由具有护理背景的哀伤辅导员兼医疗社工主讲，本讲座以温柔且全面的方式探讨哀伤。内容涵盖应对失落的方法、哀伤阶段及如何照顾自己与他人。讲解临终出院在生命终末照护中的角色，以及文化和家庭期望如何影响哀伤过程。邀您一同创造疗愈与意义的空间。<h3>🟢 谁适合参加讲座?</h3>普通大众<h3>✨ 关于讲者</h3>韵姗是雅西西慈怀病院哀伤与丧亲辅导团队的资深医疗社工兼辅导员。她同时是注册社工（SASW）、注册护士（SNB）以及新加坡辅导协会（SAC）实习注册辅导员。拥有超过17年的医疗经验，她在支持经历哀伤，尤其是创伤性哀伤的个人和家庭方面具丰富经验。她目前专注于结合创伤知情照护、正念及文化敏感性的辅导工作，关注未解决的过往经历及文化和家庭动态如何影响哀伤过程。为提升社会对哀伤的认知与理解，韵姗通过公众讲座、专业培训及其他项目分享见解，致力加强对哀伤者的支持。

这次讲座是新加坡慈怀理事会 （Singapore Hospice Council）主办的 “活得精彩，走得自在” 慈怀疗护外展节 2025（Live Well. Leave Well.
