• Arrive at least 20 minutes early — no late entry
• If unwell, please rest at home
• Minimum 5 pax to run

Note: If you have hip or knee concerns that make it uncomfortable to bend low to get into the AirCradle™, please let us know in advance (at least 4 hours prior to the session), and we will be happy to arrange an alternative setup on a Cloud Lounger™ (air-cushioned recliner)or a yoga mat for your comfort.
