友联书局（Union Bookstore）创立于1952年，始终以推广华文文化与阅读为使命。多年来，我们积极与出版社、作者、学校及文化机构紧密合作，定期举办新书发布会、读者见面会、讲座及文化沙龙等活动。通过这些活动，我们不仅为读者提供与作者面对面交流的机会，也推动优质书籍与思想的传播，搭建起出版社、创作者与读者之间的桥梁。友联书局希望以书为媒，让文化在新加坡这片多元土地上不断生根与延展。Founded in 1952, Union Bookstore has dedicated itself to the promotion of Chinese culture and reading. Over the years, we have actively collaborated with publishers, authors, schools, and cultural organizations to host book launches, author meet-and-greet sessions, talks, and cultural salons.Through these events, we aim to create opportunities for readers to engage directly with writers, foster the exchange of ideas, and promote quality publications. Union Bookstore strives to use books as a medium to connect communities, allowing culture to take root and flourish in Singapore’s diverse society.

“梳头按摩术，甩茶轻松泡”——梅门养生系列由台湾梅门资深教练亲自引导📅 日期：2026年4月18日（星期六）🕚 时间：11:00am – 12:30pm📍 地点：友联书局（231 Bain Street, Bras Basah Complex #03-01, Singapore 180231）在忙碌的都市生活中，给自己一段放松身心、调理气息的时光。本次课程结合梅门两大经典养生法——梳头功与甩茶行气法，从外到内，帮助你疏通经络、提升气血流动，达到身心平衡。🌿 梳头功｜唤醒头部经络，调和身心“头为诸阳之会”，手三阳与足三阳经络汇聚于头部。透过梳头练习，可帮助疏通经络、明目醒神、舒缓压力。课程中将由台湾梅门资深教练引导梳头功法，动作简单易学，效果显著。现场更有机会体验梅门原创设计、最适合练习梳头功的【日月梳】。🍵 甩茶｜简单泡出一杯行气好茶配合现代生活节奏，教练将分享如何使用保温瓶，也能轻松泡出一杯香气与功效兼具的甩茶。🌸 梳头功后搭配甩茶，有助气血运行更顺畅，整体养生效果更佳。💰 课程费用：$30（已包含梅门古法特制甩茶一份）🎒 请自备：（1）350ml 保温瓶（2）日月梳或其他木梳✨ 一场从“头”开始的养生体验，让身体放松，让气息流动。名额有限，欢迎报名参与。
