Soundbath and Incense Making Workshop

A therapeutic soundbath will help everyone settle their breath and mental well-being to arrive fully in the space before the session begins. Through slow blending, shaping and scent exploration, participants work mindfully with aroma and texture, experiencing how intentional hand-forming supports emotional regulation and quiet focus.

All materials will be provided.
