Resting weightlessly in the AirCradle™ — a freestanding floating hammock designed to gently cocoon the body in comfort and support — allow the soothing vibrations of Alchemy Crystal Bowls to quiet the mind, soften emotional tension, and guide you back to what truly matters within.

As shimmering crystalline tones fill the space, layers of stress slowly melt away. Soft supporting instruments including Chimes, Ocean Rain Disc, Drum, Sound Tube and more are delicately woven into the experience, creating a calming soundscape for the nervous system to fully unwind.

What to Bring & Know

• Wear comfortable clothing (avoid zips/sharp accessories)
• Bring an eye pillow, light blanket or jacket for comfort & hygiene
• Arrive at least 20 minutes early — no late entry
• If unwell, please rest at home
• Minimum 5 pax to run

Note: If you have hip or knee concerns that may make it uncomfortable to bend low to get into or out of the AirCradle™, please let us know as early as possible (at least 4 hours before the session), and we will be happy to arrange an alternative setup on a Cloud Lounger™ (air-cushioned recliner) or yoga mat for your comfort.
