了解哀伤与失眠之间的关系,并以有意义且具体的方式怀念逝者、表达思念,承载这份珍贵的情感继续前行。
关于讲座
本次疗愈咖啡馆将以一场心理教育讲座开始,探讨哀伤、反刍思绪(rumination)、回闪记忆(flashback memories)与失眠之间的关系,以及这些经历如何影响许多丧亲者的睡眠与日常生活。
讲座内容将帮助参与者了解哀伤如何影响睡眠品质及情绪健康,并学习一些实用的方法来应对失眠,包括建立良好的睡眠习惯、自我照顾技巧,以及如何面对夜晚涌现的思念与情绪。
讲座结束后,参与者将透过叙事治疗(Narrative Therapy)及持续连结(Continuing Bonds)的理念,参与体验活动——“串起思念”(Beads of Memories)。活动中,参与者可选择运用不同颜色的珠子来象征各种情绪、经历与回忆,并邀请大家回顾自己独特的哀伤历程,挑选与自己经历产生共鸣的珠子。随着一颗颗珠子被串连成手链,参与者也象征性地串起思念,将与挚爱有关的回忆、情感与故事编织在一起,珍藏那份即使在亲人离世后依然延续的爱与连结。
通过这个过程,参与者能够以一种有意义且具体的方式,怀念逝者、表达思念,并承载这份珍贵的情感继续前行。

✨ About the facilitator
Ms Ooi Yinn Shan
Yinn Shan is a Senior Medical Social Worker and Counsellor with the grief and bereavement team at Assisi Hospice. She is a registered social worker (SASW), registered nurse (SNB), and a provisional registered counsellor with the Singapore Association for Counselling (SAC).
With over 17 years of healthcare experience, she has extensive experience supporting individuals and families through grief, including traumatic bereavement. Her current focus is on counselling work that integrates trauma-informed care, mindfulness, and cultural sensitivity. Yinn Shan pays close attention to how unresolved past experiences, as well as cultural and family dynamics, influence the grieving process.
To raise awareness and deepen understanding of grief, Yinn Shan shares insights through public talks, professional training sessions, and other initiatives to enhance support for those experiencing loss.
Ms Goh Min Hui
Ms Goh Min Hui is a Senior Bereavement Counsellor at Assisi Hospice. With 27 years of clinical experience, she is a systemic psychotherapist who has provided extensive marital and family therapy to individuals and families affected by mental health issues across healthcare and community settings.
She has led various support groups, including parent groups, resilience programs for children whose parents have mental illness, grief and bereavement groups, and caregiver groups for families of persons with dementia and depression.
Min Hui actively promotes grief literacy through public talks and media engagements, and has presented her work at local and international conferences on suicide loss, grief, and bereavement. She believes in a collaborative approach to building compassionate communities that support individuals and families through illness, end-of-life, and the grieving process.
