Anastasia is passionate about helping people to reconnect with themselves to find true healing and self-empowerment. As the first Moon Mother in Singapore, she is committed to anchoring the divine feminine energies in the land and helping women to own their wholeness. Through public and private soul circles, she creates safe spaces for people to come together to heal, celebrate and renew their spirit.  As a librarian of the Akashic Records, she helps people understand the source of their recurring issues. Blessed with the gift of a healing voice, she channels soothing frequencies that help to clear, transmute and uplift. She is also trained in Monarch Essence Healing, Reiki Level 1 and 2 and Animal Communication.

<h4>Breathe in Unity is an open-minded space that invites people of any cultural and religious background to support each other's healing and self-discovery journey. It is for those who have discovered that something was not quite right with what they were taught, with what society expects and who are trying to do things differently.</h4> In doing so, we sometimes find ourselves the outlier in our familiar community, with no one to share our experiences. But how can we keep them all to ourselves? The heartbreaking realisations, the wild spiritual experiences, the synchronicities and the breakthroughs — they need to be seen, witnessed and even celebrated. The circle focuses on grounding in our bodies, deep conversations, reflection and learning from one another. It is a safe space to begin your healing, and a powerful support for those who have already begun their journey. Instead of climbing a mountain alone, we can do it with people who are on the same wavelength. Because the journey is not just about the deep diving, excavating and tending to our wounds in solitude. We need soul tonic to nourish our heart, mind and body so we don't stay in the dark forever. Heart medicine, deep connection, authentic sharing, feeling welcomed and received, and mindful presence are how we continue to cultivate peace, compassion and an ever-expanding capacity to build the foundations of the life we want. <h4>Online (Zoom) - 1st Wednesday evening of the month (2nd September 2026)</h4><h4>Time: 8 - 915pm GMT +8</h4><h4>$15/person</h4> Hope to see you! More about the facilitator:I’m Anastasia Tham, an Akashic Records Guide and Intuitive Healer born and raised in Singapore, but a proud outlier of the system. I love a good cup of tea; I enjoy being in nature, and I love being moved to tears by a good story. My healing journey began in 2013 after the death of my beloved cat, Mew Mew. She had a powerful connection to Egypt and was the first to encourage me to learn Animal Communication and Reiki. Since then, my journey has been guided by Spirit, who speaks to me in various ways, including the whispers of my heart. I am trained to help people to access their Akashic Records and shift people’s energies to facilitate their healing.
