  1. Participants are required to bring their own laptop and have a basic working knowledge of internet browsers.
  2. Qoo10 - As this is a "hands-on" course, you will need your own Qoo10 Seller Account BEFORE the start of the training. To register as a Qoo10 Seller,  top-up 10,000 Q-Cash (S$ 100) before you can register your store. What is Q-Cash? Q-Cash is the virtual currency used in Qoo10 for sellers to purchase marketing opportunities on their platform.
  3. - To register an account, you will need to have a business account. As most participants, will not have a registered business, the Trainer will only do a demo walkthrough.

1. How do i make a claim via SkillsFuture?

You will need an invoice from us to be able to submit a SkillsFuture claim. To do so, kindly fill up this form 

2. How do I get to the venue & where can I park? 

The venue is WorkCentral Singapore. 190 Clemenceau Ave, Annex Level 4, Singapore Shopping Centre 239924. Parking is available at the venue. For directions, see google map link here.

3. Are refreshments provided?

Only coffee/tea will be provided. However, we'll have sufficient time to show you the best places to snack & lunch at! 

4. Will my venue change? 

Depending on the number of sign ups, the venue might change. Under such circumstances, we will provide at least 1 week advance notice by Email & SMS.

5. Are tickets refundable or transferrable? 

Yes, tickets are transferrable (you can change the date with minimum 2 days notice, any shorter period will be considered on a case-by-case basis). Tickets are fully refundable if a refund request is made at least 2 weeks prior to the start date. There is a half year expiry for the period for transfer.

6. Do I need to print my ticket for the event? 

You can either print your ticket or show it on your mobile device. We only need the QR code or proof of identification to check you into our system.

7. Is there a minimum class size to proceed? 

Yes, we require at least 6 participants to proceed. In the event there are insufficient participants, we reserve the right to reschedule the class. Under such circumstances, we will inform you no later than one week before the event.
