Do I have to attend both events to participate?

Accepted Answer

No, but we would highly encourage you to. They were designed to enhance the experience of both the panel discussion and the workshop the following week.

Do I have to do anything before coming down?

Be yourself and be open to learning!
There will also be some reading and perhaps some podcasts to listen to and/or videos to watch. Though these are not mandatory, we also believe that they will contribute to better understanding, discussions and outputs. Altogether a richer experience.

Question 3

What does a ticket include?

Accepted Answer

Your contribution will go towards our administrative and logistical preparation & management - such as the venue hire and some light refreshments. 
Furthermore, the organisers generously volunteer their time and knowledge!

Question 4

What are the light refreshments provided?

Accepted Answer

Mid-afternoon refreshments they will likely include pastries, sandwiches and tea, coffee or another non-alcoholic beverage). All foods will likely contain eggs, dairy, gluten, nuts), however they will be Halal Certified and non-meat or plant-based items will be available.

What is your refund policy?

Accepted Answer

Unfortunately there are no refunds but if attendees are unable to make it, please let us know as early as possible, you may transfer the ticket to someone else you choose.
This can be done through the Eventbrite platform.
