About this event

Are you looking to enhance your coaching skills? Do you wish to harness the unique strengths, motivations and personality traits of individuals to help them reach peak performance and thrive in their careers?

In this 2-day workshop, you will gain the knowledge, skills and resources to become a certified practitioner of the WorkPlace Big Five Profile™, a widely used psychometric profiling tool that will help you to better understand people – their complexities, strengths and motivations.

Why WorkPlace Big Five

The WorkPlace Big Five Profile™ is based on the Five-Factor Model, the current gold standard of personality measurement by psychologists and researchers. First introduced by Paradigm Personality Labs (previously known as CentACS) to the business world in the 1990’s, the WorkPlace Big Five Profile™ reveals an individual's 5 personality supertraits and 23 subtraits that simply and clearly explain work-related behaviors.

Reports generated from the WorkPlace Big Five Profile™ can be applied in various human resource initiatives such as career development, job profiling and selection, leadership development, team building, employee engagement and organization development (OD) interventions.

Based on more than 20 years of proprietary and external research into cognition and personality, the WorkPlace Big Five Profile™ is one of the most psychometrically robust tools on the market. Its average coefficient alpha of .83 demonstrates that it is one of the most valid and reliable assessments in the industry.

Program Objectives

  • Understand the Five-Factor Model of Personality
  • Learn how to interpret the WorkPlace Big Five Profile™ results and leverage on them in the workplace
  • Discover the Paradigm People Development (PPD) Model for achieving and sustaining optimal performance
  • Apply the Big Five to real-world, business case studies
  • Administer the WorkPlace Big Five Profile™ and conduct an individual feedback session

Program Format

The workshop will be highly interactive and experiential to fully engage participants. Activities, videos, case studies and role play will be used for optimal learning results.

Participants will be given access to an award-winning e-learning platform to support the development of their knowledge and skills outside the workshop.

Upon passing a test at the end of the workshop, participants will join an elite group of certified WorkPlace Big Five Profile™ practitioners who are using the Big Five for human resource optimization and workforce development, so as to lead their organizations confidently into the future.
