Hong Kong Joint-U Alumni Mid-Autumn Festival Dinner 2025
It’s Mid-Autumn Festival again, let’s enjoy the festival and celebrate together! Various Hong Kong Universities’ Singapore Alumni Associations will jointly organize the Mid-Autumn Festival Dinner 2025 on 4th October (Saturday). We invite all alumni, families and friends to gather and savour some delicious Cantonese cuisines together! Please register for the dinner now!

Registration starts at 5:45pm and Dinner starts at 6:30pm

Fee per person:
Early Bird (On or before 31st August 2025)
Adult: $75
Child (6-12 yo): $45
Normal (From 1st September 2025 onwards to 28th September 2025)
Adult: $80
Child (6-12 yo): $50
Toddler (5 yo or below) will be free.

Terms and Conditions
· The Organizing Committee reserves the right to adjust the event information/ price/ arrangement without prior notice.
· The registration will start from 4th August 2025 6 p.m., and close by 28th September 2025 23:59p.m.
· Registration is on a first-come-first-served basis.
· No refund will be arranged once the payment has been made.
· The organizing committee will arrange the seating plan. Group booking (through a single registration) will be prioritised for seating at the same table. . No requests on seating arrangement will be entertained.
· Registrants are required to declare which university they (or their representative) studied in Hong Kong during the payment process and/or on the event day. The organizing committee may refuse entry if there are any false declaration without any refund.
· This event takes place in Singapore and is committed to maintaining the privacy and security of personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act of Singapore (PDPA). However, as we value the privacy rights of all participants, including those who may be subject to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) under the jurisdiction of the European Union (EU) or the United Kingdom (UK), the following provisions apply:
· By proceeding the registration and/or participating in this event, you acknowledge and consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal data by the event organizers for the purposes related to the event, in accordance with the PDPA. This may include but is not limited to registration, communication, event logistics, and post-event activities.
· For participants who are citizens or residents of the EU or the UK, you further acknowledge and provide your consent for the transfer and processing of your personal data to Singapore, where the event is hosted. This transfer is essential for event-related purposes.
· Your personal data will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law or for the event's legitimate purposes.
· If you have any concerns or inquiries regarding the handling of your personal data or wish to exercise your rights under the GDPR, please contact your respective university’s alumni representative.Please be aware that photographs, videos, and audio recordings may be taken during the event for promotional and documentation purposes. By attending the event, you grant the event organizers the right to use these materials to the six (6) universities of Hong Kong and sponsor (ETO) for such purposes without further approval.By proceeding the registration and/or participating in this event, you agree to abide by this PDPA and GDPR disclaimer and any updates or changes that may be made to it.

Frequently asked questions
Yes, we understand there might be other commitments, and you might have to miss our gathering. You are free to transfer the ticket to another participant of the same age category.
We are planning for festival dinner, lucky draws, universities' updates and some mini games to help everyone to know each other.
Yes, we are happy to have you to be our sponsor to enhance the quality of the event! We welcome participants to be volunteer to help on the event evening as well! Please contact one of our OCs!
The event will be conducted mainly in Cantonese.
This year we have Fu Lin Men @ Grandeur to prepare event venue and Cantonese food. No vegetarian or Halal menus will be served due to resource constraints. Please note that no diet restrictions will be entertained.
