Active Family Programme Virtual Junior - [ Rainbow Race & Hungry Flamingo ]

About this event

The Active Family Programme is brought to you by the Health Promotion Board (HPB).

Treat your precious little ones to a healthy dose of fun! Open to kids aged 4 to 6 years old and their parents/caregivers to try out a range of fun-filled virtual activities and games.

Equipment List

1. 5 x random household items of different colours (red, blue, green, yellow & white) Eg: White rolled socks, red soft toy, blue bottle etc.

To take note of

1. Zoom username to rename as child's name.
2. Ensure that there is enough space, mic is muted, and camera is turned on during the session.
3. Participants to be in comfortable clothing and sports attire (E.g. T-shirt and sports pants/shorts)

Mode

• Sessions will be conducted via Zoom. Registered participants will receive the link to the Zoom session via Confirmation Email.
• Do note that slots are limited and available on a first-come-first-serve basis.
• For security reasons, the Zoom meeting room will be locked 15 minutes after the class starts. As such, do check-in on time to avoid disappointment.

We urge you to obtain a physical examination from a doctor before using any exercise equipment or participating in any exercise activity. You agree that by participating in physical exercise, you are doing it at your own risk and agree that you are voluntarily participating in these activities.
