INTRODUCTION

The Negotiators Certification Course (NCC) which is run by RCA Malaysia Sdn Bhd in conjunction with The Real Centre Network (RCN) Training Centre in Singapore, aims to equip practicing real estate professionals or anyone interested in pursuing a career in real estate, adequately to be a salesperson in Malaysia.

The NCC, is a mandatory course for real estate negotiators approved by The Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers (BOVAEP) in Malaysia. 

Malaysian who are Permanent Residents of Singapore are eligible to take this course. Practicing agents as well as those interested are encouraged to do this course as it is tailored for students to better equip and understand the real estate climate and structure in both countries. 

WORKSHOP DELIVERY

The 2.5 days online live training Negotiators Certification Course (NCC) is a mandatory course to become a real estate negotiator (REN) in Malaysia. 

Real Centre Academy Malaysia is an approved training provider by The Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers (BOVAEP) in Malaysia to conduct NCC in Malaysia.
