Admission criteria for participants ATTENDING ON-SITE at BF West Centre:

1. Entry by online registration via Eventbrite only.

2. Organisers will email successful registrants to come for the activity.

3. First come first served basis by registration. There is no priority for anyone unless there is overbooking, then organisers will give members who have not attended the activity the week before a chance to attend by sieving out people who have attended the talks the week before.

4. There will be no walk-ins and registration is not transferable.
