About this event

Overcoming Negative Emotions: How understanding the mind unlocks inner peace

Tuesdays with a variety of Teachers (in-person or live-streamed)

    7.30 – 8.45pm: Jun 24, Jul 1 & 8

We all possess the potential to discover a deep, lasting happiness within ourselves — a happiness that remains unaffected by external circumstances, no matter how challenging. Yet, why do we often struggle to tap into this inner peace? The answer lies in our habitual tendencies to fall into deluded ways of thinking that cloud our mind and erode our well-being.

To unlock this inner happiness, it's essential to gain a deeper understanding of how our mind operates and learn to break free from these harmful mental patterns.

During this 3-class series we will delve into specific negative emotions that cause us suffering and explore practical methods to overcome them.

    Week 1: Anger

    Week 2: Attachment & Craving

    Week 3: Jealousy

Everybody is welcome to attend any week, regardless of experience.

BOOK THE WHOLE 3-CLASS SERIES AT THE SPECIAL RATE OF $43 (20% off) or per class at the standard rate of $18 per person.

Note that seating is limited to 29 places and our classes sometimes do sell-out, so please book early if you wish to attend.
