===== OUR TRAINERS =====

Mr Eugene Yap

Eugene graduated from SMU (Hons) in 2011, majoring in Quantitative Finance. His real estate career started with CDL after graduation as an investment analyst. Subsequently, he joined JLL Hotels & Hospitality, focusing on hotel brokerage and asset management. Throughout his corporate investment career, he has been involved with major hotel deals within Asia. In 2017, Eugene joined PropNex and have since served many investor buyers.


Mr Jeffrey Lim

Jeffrey was graduated from NUS Real Estate Bachelor of Science (Hons) in 2003 and first started his real estate career by working as Marketing Executive with Knight Frank. He made a career switch into banking back in year 2005 when he joined OCBC. In total, he has 13 years of mortage experiences with banks such as DBS and ANZ. His previous role was Head of Sales, Mortgage with ANZ before he decided to return to Real Estate industry.



Mr Victor Ng

Victor started as a Bank Trader for Treasury products. He went on to helping clients with Investment in the Stock Market. Joined Real Estate 2011. He has innovated decoupling and financial methods for the industry, and is a current Project IC.
