This is your best me-time to recharge in the middle of the week with the support of liked-mind participants.

Mayuko will lead this session to uplift you in the middle of the week. This afternoon session is the perfect time to escape from your daily routine and spend some me-time with the therapeutic sound of the Singing Bowls.In this session, we practise mindfulness and meditation in different theme each week to give ourselves emotional support and clarity.Mayuko will also conduct a sound bath session. Combined with a body scan, you'll be able to relax deeply.These sound vibrations will ease anxiety, sooth the nervous system, clear blockages in the mind and body.Our Instructor, MayukoMayuko is a certified Yoga teacher a Non-Violence Communication (NVC) Practitioner and a Singing Bowl Practitioner. Mayuko strongly believes in keeping the balance between body, mind, heart and soul. She aims to create a warm sacred space within us and help people align with the present moment.What to bring:<ul><li>Something to cover yourself, body temperature drops when the body is relaxed</li><li>Wear something comfortable for lying down and gentle movements</li><li>A bottle of plain water</li></ul>Please arrive 10 min early to settle in. We will begin on-time and door will be locked 5mins after the official starting time. Latecomers will not be admitted as it would disrupt the experience for all. Do feel free to bring your own cover materials such as a scarf to keep yourself comfortable. Please arrange reschedule and refund at least 24hrs before the event starts.Our StudioOur Wellness Studio is a space that is dedicated to hosting and conducting sound healing related sessions and training. We also offer personal Singing Bowl Therapy sessions by various Sound Healing Practitioners. No request will be entertained with less than 24hrs notice.
