Do I need any design or software experience?

Not at all! This workshop is designed for complete beginners. We’ll guide you step-by-step through SketchUp’s basic tools and show you how to render using Enscape , no prior design or software experience required.

Do I need to bring a laptop?

Computers are provided! We have 3 computers available, each couple shares one, while singles will have one to themselves. If you prefer to use your own laptop with SketchUp and Enscape installed, you’re welcome to bring it.

Absolutely. We welcome both singles and couples! $90 per individual (own computer) $150 per couple (share one computer)

Will we be modelling our own BTO home?

No — The goal is to teach you how to model and render on your own later. During class, we’ll work from a sample floor plan so you can understand the process and workflow (We may also use a PDF floor plan that you have!). You’ll leave with the skills to model your own BTO confidently afterward.
