3h-workshop for Start-ups: Product Strategy - Get started with an aligned team with a strong vision & mission
Join this hands-on workshop where you will come out with a strong vision and mission for your product or service, as well as as an aligned team with clearly defined resources required for your start-up.
About the workshop:

This is a 3h-workshop.
This course is delivered in small group to foster interaction, let attendees work on their specific models and get individualised feedback from the trainer, therefore it has a limited seats available.

Part 2: Value Proposition Canva & Minimum Viable product (3h)
This part also includes includes much more practical exercise, where each attendee will put into practice the learning of the day specific to their own business/project, and reviewed by the trainer. We are also scheduling a 30min entrepreneur sharing on the topic of product development, to have a real case study of start-ups using the models.

About the Faclitators:
IBNUR RASHAD, PROTOTYPING COACH
Trained as an engineer scientist, passionate about liberal arts and experienced technopreneurship, Muhd. Ibnur Rashad is the founder and director of GUILD (Ground-Up Innovation Labs for Development), running Singapore’s first retail-based community innovation lab: GUILDHÄUS at Katong.
He has served at Ground-Up Initiative (GUI) conducting TECH TARIK and sustainability programmes, co-founded Sustainable Living Lab (SL2) running hackathons, helped patients needing medical treatments crowdfund through GIVE.asia, facilitated technology, design innovation and wellbeing classes for NTU, MOE and international schools in Singapore and Dubai, and curated the WIEF Young Fellows programme for global youth entrepreneurs and changemakers.
KEN CHUA, PRODUCT TRAINER AND COACH
With a background in product design & engineering, Ken Chua is the Director of (these)abilities – an inclusive design & technology agency that works with companies to design/redesign products and services for Persons with Disabilities.
Ken has worked with the likes of ComfortDelGro, Grab, SportSG as well as multiple disability communities on projects that ensure accessibility and inclusion in the everyday.
