Are you new to yoga and wondering what does the different yoga classes means? Come explore the different yoga styles with us! This workshop is ideal for yogis to explore the 4 broad styles of yoga, namely, Hatha, Core, Vinyasa & Yin. So the next time you know exactly which style of yoga to suit your body and mood for the day!
Come join us on November 1, 8, 15 & 22 (Tuesdays - 8.30pm to 9.30pm) at 8 Claymore Hill Dance on Us Studio, Blue or Lilac Room, right behind Royal Plaza On Scotts Hotel. We will be teaching:
Hatha - 1/11
Core - 8/11
Vinyasa - 15/11
Yin - 22/11
You can purchase the whole 4-week package at $60 per pax (4-series). Drop ins at $20/class.

YOGI AINI obtained her 200Hour YTTC from Pure Yoga Singapore. She chanced upon yoga back in 2010 while facing a very difficult period in her life, and has since never looked back. Yoga has helped her developed the perfect balance of physical strength and mental awareness and she hopes to share these benefits with everyone around her. Similar to her teachings, she enjoys Hatha based classes with emphasis on alignment and grounding. She integrates core work in her practice to keep the body strong and move with awareness.
YOGI NOOR obtained her 200Hour YTTC from Sampoorna Yoga Goa, India. She was never exposed to a healthy lifestyle when growing up and did no form of physical activity. She started becoming conscious about her body and health at the age of 25 (dealt with joint pains & spinal compression issues). Practicing yoga daily has tranformed her overall mental and physical health. In her class, you will expect a good mix of flexibility, mobility, strength and various breathing exercises.
