5-Day Mindfulness Retreat with Residential Option
Theme: Mindfulness & Neuroplasticity
The retreat will be focusing on the practises and the effects they have on the brain. Understanding the brain and how it works, the psychology of perception and the effects it has on the body, and working with pain will also be covered.
You will be traversing a range of formal and informal mindfulness practices including sitting, walking, standing, lying down and guided movements, dialogue and inquiry. Observing silence will be required on two of the days as part of the program.

- 10am - 12:30pm Morning Session
- 2:30pm - 6pm Afternoon Session with tea breaks
- 9pm - 10pm Night Practice

- 1pm - 6pm Afternoon session with tea breaks
- 9pm-10pm Night practice (May1-3)
Each session will comprise guidance, mindfulness practices, Q&A

On-Site COVID-19 Precautions: Daily temperature checks, 1m social distancing, face masks to be at all times in the ballroom, group size limit: 50
What to Bring: Yoga mat, water bottle, shawl or jacket in case you feel cold in the ballroom. Wear comfortable clothing
