About this event

PRE-REQUISITE:

This 5-Day Silent Mindfulnes Retreat is for individuals who have attended minimally a one-day silent practice. Having attended a mindfulness course is ESSENTIAL.

This retreat is NOT meant for newcomers to mindfulness who have not been doing regular practices.

This retreat satisfies the requirements of MBSR teachers training program.

This 5-day silent retreat offers you the opportunity to step away from the responsibilities to give yourself a much needed break, for self-reflection and emotional healing. You will be disconnecting with your mobile devices to connect with yourself without distractions.

Set in a natural setting of sand and waves, this retreat is designed for those seeking rest, clarity, and reconnection with themselves through the profound power of silence and mindfulness.

This intentional silence is about creating space: space to hear oneself more clearly, to observe mental patterns without judgment, and to rest deeply in the present moment.

The Benefits:

  • Mental Clarity – Without external input, the mind naturally begins to settle. Thoughts become less chaotic, and insight arises more easily.
  • Emotional Awareness – In silence, emotions surface with greater clarity. Rather than reacting, we learn to witness and respond skillfully.
  • Inner Calm – Without the noise of constant communication, we access deeper layers of calm and stillness.
  • Enhanced Mindfulness – Silence sharpens attention, allowing each moment—eating, walking, breathing—to become an opportunity for meditation.
  • Renewed Connection – As outer distractions fall away, many find a renewed sense of connection to nature, to their inner life, and to a deeper sense of meaning.

Practice techniques in calming yourself to heal your mind and body, building resilience in managing work and personal stress.

Each day includes:

  • Guided sitting and walking mindfulness practices
  • Gentle stretches and movement
  • Talks on mindfulness, kindness, compassion, and presence
  • Silent meals with mindful eating practices
  • Personal reflection and time closer to nature
