This is an active Qigong Moving Meditation practice for managing high cholesterol based on TCM, Taoist Health Maintenance philosophies.

Qigong Moving Meditation with Dr Xiang Jun

In this collection, Dr Xiang Jun guides breathing and Qigong movement techniques for various health conditions.

<p>This is the first part of the 2 parts series of active TCM Qigong Moving Meditation practice. We’ll learn some breathing and Qigong exercises that will be targeted at managing high cholesterol based on TCM, Taoist Health Maintenance philosophies.</p><p>P﻿articipants will join in on Wed 19 July 2023 9.30pm SGT session for a guided practice with Dr Xiang Jun. Following up for participants who have signed up for this session as a revision practice-together session, there will be a by-donation unguided silent practice with Dr Xiang Jun on Wed 25 July 9.30pm SGT.</p>
