We are a neighbourhood bottle shop dedicated to small, independent producers from around the world. We welcome curious drinkers, enthusiasts, geeks and everyone in between. Oh, and dogs too!Our selection of natural wines, craft beers, spirits and non-alcoholic alternatives are curated by us. We enjoy working with inspiring growers and producers that are rooted in quality and passion. It is back! We’re talking about perhaps the most craft of any Japanese gin and absinthe out there. Each batch is handmade with TLC by Tatsumi-San at his distillery in the Gifu Prefecture. Made with just 1 botanical - juniper, his gin is stunning and unlike any other you’d have tried. He distills in a wooden still from the Edo period, and uses a base of shochu and sake-lees. Discover 2 gins - the cult Tatsumi Gin and Yes Dog, a limited edition release made in collaboration with the Herbalist Yaso! I﻿n line with our Japanese theme, we&#x27;ll be hosting our monthly Bring Your Own Vinyl Night and we&#x27;d love for you to bring your Japanese vinyl records!
