How do I get there?

The Oasis is located a 1-minute walk from Dhoby Ghaut MRT, at the Visual Arts Centre (Dhoby Ghaut). Use either Exit A or Exit B (Exit B recommended). It is less than a 40 metres walk from either Exit.

How does the timeslot work?

Accepted Answer

Each timeslot is for a visiting slot of 3 hours. You can enter anytime during the specific timeslot!

Is there any parking available at the venue?

Accepted Answer

Parking is available at nearby malls (Plaza Singapura or UBS). Please note that The Cathay is currently closed.

Question 4

I am already attending the workshop. Should I still book a ticket for the event?

Accepted Answer

Your workshop ticket already includes entry to the event. There is no need to book a General Admission ticket if you're already attending the workshop.

Will the free Matcha drinks be available throughout the event or only during certain times?

They will be available throughout the event, subject to stock availability.

Can I attend the event without attending a workshop?

Absolutely! The event is free to attend.

Do the general admission tickets need to be booked or can they be obtained at the entrance?

Accepted Answer

We recommend booking tickets in advance due to event capacity restrictions. If you turn up without a booking, we may have to turn you away or ask you to come back later if the venue is full.

Will engraved gift sets be ready for pickup immediately or do they need to be collected later?

Accepted Answer

They will be ready for pickup after a short waiting time (subject to queues or demand).

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Yes, the venue is wheelchair-accessible directly from the MRT Station.
